How to Lose Your Female Fan Base in 10 Days or Less

drake-bieh

So, Drake has had every girl in the world thinking that they were the definition of the “Best I’ve Ever Had” ever since his mixtape dropped. At first, it appeared that the light skinned boy wonder from Toronto could do no wrong in the eyes of the female demographic he was (successfully) targeting. And who could blame us for loving it? When was the last time a hip-hop song came out that was specifically for us carriers of estrogen that didn’t include the words “hoe,” “bitch,” “slut” or any variation of “I just wanna fuck you tonight”?

Obama Likes What He Sees

made-you-look

It appears that Obama was caught in an awkward mid-motion angle during a photo-op at the G-8 summit, but this picture would have us believe that he was actually sizing up the donk of a 17-year old girl. Sarkozy’s conspiratorial grin doesn’t help either.

Proceed for a video of how Obama got caught in this Kodak moment.

Hot Chick From a Show We’ve Never Watched

ms-wings
Hot Wings (I don’t think that’s her real name) is a cast member of Real Chance of Love 2, a show which I’ve never watched in my life. However, Ms. Wings here decided to bless the Internetz with semi-nude pictures of herself, so I can’t be mad at her. Pop the hood for even more sizzling pics of Hot Wings.

Ghostface to Save Music Industry with a Soul Album

So you might’ve heard Ghost is dropping a Soul/R&B album this year. While the rapper/singer role is probably more accepted now than it’s ever been (Drake, Kid Cudi, and countless auto-tuned ’singers’) those familiar with Pretty Toney’s soulful stylings might find a whole album of his singing pretty hard to take. Rest easy, Def Jam’s Lenny S. brings some damage control to the promotion campaign. Hit the jump for a cut supposedly of Ghost’s new album ‘The Wizard Of Poetry’ and further explanation from the man himself. Read the rest of this entry »

Wa’nt Nothin’ Strange About Your Daddy

Rukus - “Fame” [Download MP3]

“Wa’nt nothin’ strange about your daddy. It was strange what your daddy had to deal with.” — Al “Let Me Fix My Perm” Sharpton

If you heard those words and secretly wished that someone would translate it into song format, consider your prayers answered. This is the most compelling MJ tribute I’ve heard and it’s not even an MJ tribute.

The Chicken or The Egg?

I was talking to Nahshon earlier and he observed that Slaughterhouse’s “The One” video bears a striking resemblance with Drake’s “Best I Ever Had” video. Sure, both clips boast an abundance of chesticles, but I don’t think Slaughterhouse snipped a page off the Kanye playbook (unless they morphed into basketballs and spied on him at the “Best I Ever Had” video shoot). I’d like to think that Slaughterhouse was actually ahead of the game.
