So most ppl will think hes giving jay props saying that he along with dre and snoop raised him as an aritist but i think its clear his referencing Jay-Z’s remarks on “22 Two’s” when he started that with “Too much west coast dick lickin and too many rappers on a mission doing their best Jay-Z rendition”
