I don’t know about Nagin comments. The ppl I know, black and white, have no interest going back to New Orleans cause they realize what a shit city it always was and might continue to be.

And no one is stopping the population of Mexicans moving in and replacing the black population. If “they” were/are trying to change the racial makeup of new orleans is not black to white cause its gonna be brown! lol
