Video: Stop Snitchin’ on CBS’ "60 Minutes"

Stop Snitchin’ Part 2

I don’t know exactly how we can blame this spineless “no snitching” campaign on “the white man,” but I’m sure someone’s already working on it. Cam raised one good point though–no major label will EVER be stupid enough to discourage a trend that earns them millions of dollars and further degrades the Black community.

the truth is it is rooted in something real. the basic fear & distrust across the board that ALL or most black people have for police based upon our history with them in this country. I don’t trust police. But this stop snitching movement is ignorance personified because it encourages a sense of trust in distrust. if your doing foul shit..dont snitch..like a cat murdering a dude..dont snitch on him. Fuck this backwards slave shit.

It’s sad but I agree with SE, its a symptom of the BIGGER issue, our lack of trust in this country’s law enforcement, due in most part to the way innocents have been treated in the past and present. It’s what I think has partly fueled the popularity of “STOP SNITCHING” is it hurting us more than ever before? Yes..and yet we ask ourselves why haven’t Jay, Big’s or Pac’s killers been found..

The Israel Ramirez issue is really sad and I have lost respect for Busta ‘cos of that…street cred is overrated. If he didn’t talk just ‘cos of that then yeah to heck with Busta Rhymes seriously.

6. Rizoh Says:

Yeah, Busta really hit a low point with me cause of that Iz issue.

Word to Esbee and Rizoh, I ride Busta on that Ramirez shit even less than I do with Michael and R. Kelly on their own their suspect actions. Can’t ever have any respect for that man again.

On a seperate note though, mad props on the Brother Ali call Rizoh. Just started listening to his album and the guy is some kind of fierce.
