The big event is his forthcoming entry No. 5 (if you include I’m Serious), T.I. vs. T.I.P. And like my girl Shannon rightly postured, “Big Things Poppin’” is devoid of the excitement that made “What You Know” a ubiquitous hit.

esbee Says: May 2nd, 2007 at 1:59 am Guess I’m in the minority here..”big things poppin” follows the exact same pattern as previous tracks..the only thing diff is he decided to go with Mannie..as opposed to Toomp for a first single. Still a legit club banger imo which is all its meant to be. Though, “what you know” was an animal in of itself. I’m interested in hearing what TI has to offer musically with all the producers he’s worked with. Anyone expecting another, “Urban Legend” may have to look elsewhere at this point, I don’t know if TI will get back to that mindstate again… I have a feeling his next single will be bigger than “Big things” but that’s just my opinion. |
