b. You’ve never liked him to begin with

and for me b is fine but Jay killed it in my opinion..there’s nothing wrong with that song as far as I’m concerned.

I have to co-sign with esbee on this one. The flow was still typical Hov level. It wasn’t anything like overpowering, but you shouldn’t do that on features anyway, so…

Esbee and Anon are right, there’s nothing wrong with that Hov verse on “Big Spender” and I say that as someone who was severely disappointed by his work on the Kingdom Come album.

Spit about shooting folks up? When you spit on a track you have to stay true to the message the track is trying to pass across, Jay was effective in doing that. If it was on some street/gutter whatever I can see that..

I hear a lot of people complaining about the quality of recent Hip Hop singles, so I’ve got one question for you: Why the FUCK is Def Jam not running to put out that Freeway & Jay-Z Big Spender joint as a video?
