Yeah I covered this on my site too. Rza knows what he is doing and he is not going to sit there and change the shit up just cause Rae thinks it isn’t hard enough or whatever. Look at his last two solo joints. He is almost as unsuccessful as a solo arist as U-God.

I’m definitely not feeling this version of “My Heart Gently Weeps.” as much. It sounds too radio-friendly. The previous version is gritty, and it goes with the lyrics way better.

A bit off topic but is it me or does it seem a bit crass to have a huge banner ad for buying Kanye’s ringtones next to a post about his mother passing? I know this site makes money for someone somewhere but can’t the ad content be controlled?

I was hoping a actual sample of The Beatles on the track “The Heart Gently Weeps” not just Erika Badu singing it, but the track is ok
