When I heard Dj Khalil preview it in that web clip my spine started tingling. This beat is super raw!!! Just to give a little background info. In the clip, Khalil stated he got the acapella from Nas' studio and they told him to make a beat to it. When Khalil sent it back Nas A&R's said this beat had to be put out into the street!! (Straight fire!!!). What's probably going to happen next is that Khalil will track out his beat and then hook up with Nas to re-record the verses in the booth and then its gonna be a done deal. I can't wait to hear the final mix and I can't wait to get my hands on that instrumental.
