Its a good song…the violin playing allows the emcee to shine…from a technical perspective needs to be mixed a bit better, her vocals were almost drowned out by the beat..

Don’t get the wrong impression. I liked some of Miri’s stuff, too. The reality is that it didn’t take off. People perceived it as a gimmick.

I think this is dope. For comparison and contrast between this and the Miri Ben Ari joint, I’ll just say “it didn’t sound like this”. 100, I get more of a (dare I say) Hip Hop feel from this, thus making me like it more. The Ben-Ari stuff had a contrived feel to it, ya know kinda like “Put some beats to the violin and let’s get E-40 to rap to it, yeah, that’s it” I don’t get that intelligence insulting vibe from this one. I love it, plus the girls are hot!!

ehyo Knewdles take it from me… people gone hate you for whatever you do… rule #1 get your game on and keep grinding… this woman Miri was not the first or best “Hip Hop violinist” she just happened to get out there first and be in a company of people, which for the most part is closed door. Sos is crazy ill live and on waxx… to me Misnomer(s) is much more authentic than Miri’s work. I am a lil biased though
