The Rap Up » My 2 Cents on ego trip’s Miss Rap Supreme

So, I caught the inaugural episode of ego trip’s Miss Rap Supreme the other day (thank goodness for DVR). The lineup is really a mixbag. A couple of these chicks are talented; the rest are delusional if they think they’ll last beyond this show. I’m digging Chiba and Ms. Cherry for now. Bree is decent but I need to hear more.

The first elimination was a hokey. There’s no way Khia should’ve survived after singing an off-topic hook and misspelling “respect.”

I feel you on Khia. I didn’t notice she misspelled “respect” though. I’m not suprised either.

Seems she only lasted cuz they think she brings some extra viewership. She’s trash though. How you been rapping ten years and still have no real skills.

Co-signing P-Matik, she definitely got left on for that and she brings the drama that reality shows love so much.

Truth be told, I’m kinda rooting for Byata just ’cause of her performance on that Wu-Tang ‘Think Differently’ comp a few years back, if anyone remembers that. Hopefully she’ll come nicer than she did the first night.

yeah i caught the 1st episode just because i wanted to see how it was compared to white rapper show, i read that the “written on the spot freestyle” that Kiah did for elimiantion was a already written song from her album i heard cherry was tpain’s baby momma before he got married,
