If there are legal bindings pertaining to Dame’s arrangement with his baby mother it pretty well could be called kidnapping if he takes his son without the mother’s permission. I’m not a lawyer but its safe to assume this could be the case..

and that term kidnapping is thrown around too loosely, He is the father of the child, he should have the right to take the child where he pleases, as long as it not detrimental to the child. This is a clear case of Child support extortion.

Now i dont agree with taking a child to the morge,I wouldnt say he “bailed” on his seed. it clearly says “he has a history of fleeing WITH the child.” That just a baby momma trying to get more than she needs, its called CHILD SUPPORT, not baby mama support
