Natural born loser Star lost his court case:

A federal appeals court says a city councilman did not defame a fired DJ when he called him a “sick, racist pedophile” for making sex-laced rants about a rival’s young daughter.

In case you forgot why the sick, racist, pedophile got fired,

The hip-hop disc jockey was fired from the station known as Power 105 after he offered listeners $500 for information about Casey’s daughter’s school and made sexually charged remarks about her. Torain also used a racial slur to describe Casey’s wife, who is part Asian.

Don’t mind me, I’m just mad cause he had the nerve to diss Aaaliyah after she died.

I remember when he dissed Aaliyah, that shit was mad low.

I think I am more upset at some of his defense attempts regardign the Aaliyah incident. Had he manned up and said .. bad joke I apologize for it he would have gotten by easily. but Instead he replayed it until they made him stop. Then once he jumped to Power 105 he blamed that AND the Tsumani incodent on the producer. which really made sense.

Then he goes after DJ Envy’s fam like dat. So So not cool.

The kicker is while he could be really antagonistic, he was one of the better morning shows in the land outside of the Steve Harvey lovefest. And say what you will he made sure the stations he was on played alternative type hip hop and other music also. I mean playing Queen on Urban radio station ?? or even Burt Bacharach?? who does that and makes it sound natural?

That said.. He will burn in hell .
