If it worked for him it can work for most. j/k Seriously, I'm not a big fan of the street mentality model for all the reasons you noted plus more, but like you said it can be useful when applied with discretion. ^I think there’s lots of things you can take from the street that give you an edge, but like I said you gotta adapt.. take the principles that let you thrive there, and figure out how to apply them in a different game.. if you don’t do that, and just go in handling business by running in the office with bats and hanging people out of windows, you’re probably not gonna last..
