It doesn't matter how smart you are to be who you are. He may not be the brightest bulb, but he has a rather large sphere of influence. If that is what Lil Wayne thinks who is anyone to put a damper on his reasoning? I don't understand the nerve of half of the people in this world. And to say he's a mediocre music artist? Not really, he's one of the most intricate rappers I've listened to. If you take the time to unravel what he says it's pretty relevant to our time and it's quite amazing.
