I think you cant know what she is watching this video. But it is clear that her behavior is at minimum incredibly ignorant.

When you define racism as power + prejudice, power usually is not defined at the individual level. So I would argue that she could be racist.

But I dont think that video proves that. I do think that she needs to answer for that video though and explain what was going on. Although the needles, etc seem to do a good job of that.

Not according to any dictionary. So if a poor black man calls a Jew a kike, or a Chinese man a chink (for example), that is not racist because the poor black man has no power?

Racism is fear and hatred of other races. And thats it. It has nothing to do with power.
Of course a rich racist is more dangerous then a poor racist.
