Leave it up 2 a conservative republican, rich white man 2 try 2 critique an album from a genre of music he knows nothing about.

The album is one of the most relevant, well thought out, sincere and timely hip-hop albums I’ve heard in quite some time.

And people can talk record sales all they want. Record sales are important without question but the truth is the masses don’t care 2 hear stuff like this. They want shuckin’ and jivin’ coon a** negroes with a mouth full of jewelry, talkin’ about Ice, Hustlin’, Hoes, Weed, Money and 24’s on the whip. They want that real ish’ … that average, ordinary, run-of-the-mill, stereotypical NI**ER ish’. They want Weezy F. baby lol.

We are in a recession and if downloading wasn’t available to the masses, I’m sure Nas would have sold at least 500K.
