"Who wants to still hear Premo and Nas in 2008?! "

Last I checked, Premo was still relevant to a lot of heads, hip-hop or otherwise. It's safe to say that this collabo is still in great demand.

His last musically consistent album was 6 years ago?? Try a decade-and-a-half ago.

Forget Premo. A 9th Wonder collabo would be a match made.

Who wants to still hear Premo and Nas in 2008?!

Premo's my dude but he hasn't done anything close to the tracks that made him a production legend in years.

Anyone who think a collab with him is what's gonna bring Nas back to some mythical place they think he strayed from after Illmatic, you're sadly deluded. And BTW: I actually think HHID and Street's Disciple were both good albums (although I'll concede that the latter was a little bloated and probably could've been elevated to great status if it had been trimmed down to a single disc).

"I know I might get burned for this, but I loved that 30’s detective-type title track off HHID. The concept / lyrics were great."
-------------------
Why would you get burned for that? That was one of the better songs on HHID.
