People were always critics, they just didn't have as large a forum in which to disseminate their views. Sensory overload might be true in terms of the amount of music currently out there, but how that killed the music is beyond me. Creativity will always exist. If it doesnt, the fault lies with the individuals who purport to do the creating. Not the means through which the creativity is distributed. Gotta agree that this is nonsense on so many levels.
