Well, any other pick would’ve made TIME look mighty foolish.

What about G.O.A.T.: Weezy? Perhaps he’s so amazing that he had to be stricken from the running of TIME’s “Person” of the Year, because he would have won it every year for the past 10 years straight.

Or, perhaps Weez can’t win because he’s greater than human, and TIME needs to have a “Celestial Energy Entity Sent to Save Mankind” award. Lil’ Wayne aka Featuring Lil’ Wayne will have that sh*t sewn up.
