“A Los Angeles Superior Court judge has refused to lower the $1 million bail for a Swedish hip-hop artist accused of killing a jazz pianist at a Hollywood crosswalk.

Jassy has pleaded not guilty to murder, assault and other charges for the Nov. 23 death of 55-year-old John Osnes, a musician and pedestrian rights activist. Authorities say Jassy got out of his car, punched Osnes, kicked him in the head, then ran him over as he drove away.”
