man, I’m here in New orleans, and everyday the story changes. Dude was setting himself up anyway just sittin there posted up in his car like that that late in the night. He probably thought the undercovers was trying to rob him and probably panicked. It comes down to this.

Did the cops properly identify themselves? and Did the dude actually point and fire the gun at the officers?

Also, the dude was SHOT 14 TIMES BY 9 COPS. Do the math.

Wait, it’s the victim’s fault for being in front of his house late night waiting for his cousin to come out??

Being in front of his house doesn’t have nothing to do with it. My point is chilling in yo “parked” car no matter what you doing is a bad omen on any body, especially in central city, where people don’t give a fuck, hence why cops were there undercover in the first place. His situation is in the media because he happened to get killed by cops. A lady got killed and her husband got wounded just days after when dudes came up to them while they were chillin in their car and tried to rob them.

Why have you put parked in quotes? What do you think he was doing or happened that could justify this killing? Cops are trained so that they don’t have to kill. He was shot at 48 times. Without other evidence being presented so far, this looks all kinds of wrong Jao, do you not see/understand that?

I’ll pass full judgment when I know the whole story. This one isn’t nearly as clear as the BART shooting.

That said, 48 shots is completely fucking excessive.
