The Roots of The Roots

The Roots have come a long way, from playing on street corners to selling out arenas in countries I can hardly pronounce without a dictionary. The Grammy-winning band is now set to conquer the teevee industry as Jimmy Fallon’s “Late Night” house band. As we get ready to witness The Roots’ “Late Night” debut tonight, let’s take a trip down memory lane and revisit a time when ?uestlove rapped (yes, rapped) under the alias Brother Question and walked around with a midget on his head.
