NBA Drafts Gay Fish for Playoff Anthem
The NBA has picked Kanye West’s “Amazing,” from 808s & Heartbreak, as the musical backdrop for this year’s playoffs.
Charles Rosenzweig, NBA senior VP, entertainment & player marketing, fancy-calls “Amazing” a “no brainer. “For decades the NBA has enjoyed an extensive relationship with the music industry—it is part of our game, our presentation, our marketing. This is a classic case where we heard the song and knew right away it was the perfect fit with our overall campaign.”
What Rosenzweig is trying to say is that he did a Google search with the words “jeezy,” “kanye,” and “garbage” in the query form. He then picked the most recurring song.
