Well, here’s AI contestant Kris Allen with perhaps the boldest move in the history of the competition. Last night, Allen blessed America with a solid rendition of “Heartless,” sans the robot voice. This version makes Kanye’s version sound like practice session.

That is crazy. this is a much more artisic rearrangement of the original. kanye should be proud (if he wrote it) that the lyrics transcend genre boundaries. Even if Walter, with his head up his ass, can not see beyond black and white, realize then in those terms that it brings a whole new audience to a hot song. |
