Mariah is Latina, Black, Caucasian, & what ever else I may have missed. But 1st and foremost, when Mariah travels around the Globe she's view as an American. The percentages are close but the fact that “black people” are 14% of the US population and make up about 40% of the recipients on welfare vs. “white people” who are over 50% of the US population and make up about 40% of recipients. Statistics prove that there less “black people” with higher education (my source is a bit shaky, but I continue with the trend) than any other race. So don’t blame the “white people” for suppressing the “blacks”, “Black people” hold themselves back.
