Michael Jackson Dies, Almost Takes Twitter with Him
Times they’re a-changing. As news of Michael Jackson’s death unraveled yesterday, Twitter, TMZ, Google News, and a host of others struggled to keep up with the avalanche of traffic and search queries for terms related to “Michael Jackson.” Twitter, in particular, experienced outages of whale-like proportions all day.
