So, rather than debate the weakest link, we decided to debate the strongest. Royce da 5′9″ is the veteran of the group, with credentials that includes holding his own alongside Eminem at his peak. ‘Nuff said.

Everyone in Slaughterhouse is nice but if I had to pick, it would be Joell Ortiz, because he had some quotables that made me have to stop and rewind some tracks in amazement. I was definitely sleeping on him.

Andrew:
The best rapper in Slaughterhouse is Joell Ortiz. Lyrically, he’s consistently able to write songs with structure, decent content and infuse them with, at the very least, moderate wordplay. He isn’t always able to fit his flow to a beat, as he’s better with slower, deeper tracks, but overall he’s the most solid emcee in the crew.
