I’m guessing Wayne referenced Kiffin because the young coach has a reputation for being vocal. He promised a win over Florida and accused Gators coach Urban Meyer of cheating during recruiting. Then he publicly criticized league officials. The league threatened to suspend him if he runs his basket mouth again. If Kiffin ever gets fired for talking shit, I’m sure Wayne would gladly offer him a position at Young Money as his personal weed carrier.
