Directed by Spiff TV

Clipse and Rick Rawse? No, it’s not a typo. It jams. I promise.

Who Else is Ready for a New Clipse Album?

attc6cdd

When I look at this rather brilliant KAWS artwork I don’t see a Complex cover; I see a Clipse album. I mean that as a compliment. There’s so much butter soft crap infiltrating the game right now that a Rick Rubin-curated Clipse album would be a perfect holiday gift to hip-hop. I can dream, right?

How to Ruin a Perfect Photo Moment

clipse-troll1

The Clipse have escaped wack deals and crack fiends but they seem to shake free from the infamous photo troll. What was Prince Paul thinking?

Clipse – “I’m Good” Video (Feat. Pharrell)

Do we still need to say “Featuring Pharrell” on Clipse songs? The Thornton brothers should give P some pies and a backpack and crown him the official 3rd member of the Clipse already.

Clipse x Kanye on the Set of “Kinda Like A Big Deal”

I’m kinda not blown away by this song. Then again, singles have never been the Clipse’s strongest point. For every “Grindin’” they had a “Ma, I Don’t Love Her.” They’re kinda hit and miss with it.

However, if last year’s Road to Till the Casket Drops mixtape is any indication, we just might be in for a treat when Til’ the Casket Drops finally drops. Ha, I’ve always wanted to say that.

Pusha Hearts Soulja Boy

The Thornton brothers had nothing but praise for your favorite MC Soulja Boy in their recent interview with some Canadian teeve folks. Pusha T did all the talking. Malice mostly chewed his fingernails and made weird faces the whole time. Read the rest of this entry »

Ghostface Killah (Ft. Raekwon & Malice T) – “Kilo” Remix

Ghostface Killah (Ft. Raekwon & Malice T) – “Kilo” Remix
I forgot how much I loved this song. “All around the world today, the kilo is the measure, a kilo is a thousand grams, easy to remember.” Oh yeah, Ghostface Killah’s Ghostdeini the Great drops next week. I hear it’s pretty ill.
