Ghostface Killah’s “Stapleton Sex” is Porn on Wax

ghostface-is-ready-for-some-stapleton-sex

Download – Ghostface Killah – “Stapleton Sex” [mp3]

I read Angela Yee’s tweet about this song earlier and wasn’t sure what the hell she was talking about. Yeah, Ghost went all the way in on this one. It’s quite possibly the most absurdly profane rap song you’ll ever hear. Unless you grew up on Too $hort.

Ghostface Killah – ‘The Wizard of Poetry’ Artwork

gfkghostdinicvr3x3

Will Wizard of Poetry be the album that finally taints Ghost’s nearly impeccable discography? We’ll know on September 29, 2009. And, as Aqua Boogie points out, they need to fix that Ghost Deini mishap STAT!

Ghostface – “Baby” Music Video

Behold the jumpoff video from Ghostface Killah’s upcoming R&B album, Wizard of Poetry. Here’s Ghostdeini on his new direction: “I wanted to take it to a more mature level,” he explains. “It’s like having the same piece of p-ssy for 20 years. Sometimes you just need to change it up.” [NYMag]

*Yawn* Another Cuban Linx Track Springs a Leak

Raekwon – 10 Bricks (Feat. Ghostface & Cappadonna)

I’ve resigned to the reality that all the tracks from Only Built 4 Cuban Linx 2 will leak one by one before its September due date. Not that anyone’s complaining here, but I’d rather digest the album in its entirety than get fragments of the work. I’m terribly bored of the leak battle between Rae’s camp and Jay’s camp. All this does is detract from the overall album experience. I want the full motion picture, not isolated random scenes damnit.

Raekwon – House Of Flying Daggers

raekwon-onlybuilt4cubanlinxiicover

Raekwon ft. Inspectah Deck, Ghostface Kilalh & Method Man – House Of Flying Daggers (produced by J Dilla)

This is what y’all waited to hear! Supposedly the opening track to OB4CLII, Funkmaster Flex debuted this on the radio last night. For now a radio rip will have to do but you know we’ll hit you with the studio version ASAP. Rae goes in alongside some Ghost, Deck & Meth over a Dilla production set off by some vintage kung fu samples. Somebody get they Marty McFly on and get me a copy already, waiting on september 8th takes too long.

‘Cuban Linx 2′ Features a Heavy Dose of Ghost Deini

Raekwon’s Only Built 4 Cuban Linx 2 is arguably the most anticipated rap album of the fall, assuming it’s still on schedule. The first OB4CL is an undeniably street classic and one of my Top 5 hip-hop albums of all-time. As you may have noticed, TRU’s daily link dump feature is named after that album.

As creative as the Chef is, OB4CL wouldn’t be a masterpiece without Ghostface riding shot gun on damn near every song. So, imagine my delight when Ghost confirmed on Angela Yee’s Sirius show this morning that he dropped a boatload of guest verses on OB4CL 2.

Says Ghostdeini:

“I’m on like 9 or 10 songs on Cuban Linx 2.”

So there you have it, ladies. One more reason to save up for Rae’s new album. Cuban Linx 2 is tentatively scheduled to drop on Sept. 8th

Ghostface to Save Music Industry with a Soul Album

So you might’ve heard Ghost is dropping a Soul/R&B album this year. While the rapper/singer role is probably more accepted now than it’s ever been (Drake, Kid Cudi, and countless auto-tuned ’singers’) those familiar with Pretty Toney’s soulful stylings might find a whole album of his singing pretty hard to take. Rest easy, Def Jam’s Lenny S. brings some damage control to the promotion campaign. Hit the jump for a cut supposedly of Ghost’s new album ‘The Wizard Of Poetry’ and further explanation from the man himself. Read the rest of this entry »

Ghost is literally ghost in the 2nd version of the “New Wu” video, but who needs Tony Starks when you can have Teyana Taylor in your video? If you’re like me and you dug the first “New Wu” video, proceed for an encore.
