Here’s my scorecard on a scale of 1 - 10:

• Just Blaze - I didn’t know Just had a mean spit game like that. 7.5/10

• Skyzoo - Rhymes were so smooth I wondered if they were pre-written. 8/10
• Wale - He wasn’t ready for this, but still managed to hold his own. 6/10
• Green - Props for working their clothes into those rhymes, but stick to turntables my dude. 2/10
• Supernatural - He killed it, committed suicide and killed it again. 9/10

Grab your pen and pad, kiddies. School’s in session when Murs is on the mic.

Here’s a good reminder of just what Bushwick Bill is capable of when you toss him a mic and a beat. Watch from beginning to around 1:23 to see this ex-Geto Boy freestyle his ass off. Just don’t expect any rhymes about stabbing someone’s daughter in the eye with a chopstick; Bushwick is now a born-again christian yo.

You can tell he was high outta his mind on that freestyle. He goes in on “Nas Will Prevail” though, which was actually the demo version of what we would come to know as “It Ain’t Hard to Tell.”
