Well, well, well, that was fast. “I Go Off” sounds like a track Beanie Sigel already had in the stash with a tacked-on 50 Cent hook. It’s probably the worst hook he’s ever done. Interestingly enough, Curtis is the one who digs at Jigga at the end. This can’t possibly end well for Beans. He has more to lose.

Jay-Z has responded briefly to Beanie Sigel’s half-ass diss. It was a terrible decision on Sigel’s part. No, Jay probably wasn’t a perfect mentor to Beans, Crack, and the rest of his disgruntled former employees. Neither was Dame. But how come no one ever disses Dame? Oh, never mind, there’s nothing to be gained from doing that.

Is this becoming a trend or what? Beanie Sigel takes a page out of Oschino’s book and hurls a barrage of insults at his former boss. I’m guessing Beans perceived Jay’s “Santa Claus” line on “What We Talking About” as a diss. Beans, you played yourself. You know Jay sitting somewhere thinking, “This can’t be life.”
