B.o.B. Rides with Reebok

Apparently, shoe companies make music. I guess that’s not news. Wait a minute, where’s 6th sense De La Soul Mick Boogie Wale Nelly? You can’t make a classic track like Nike Boots Air Force One’s without a hip hopper to hype it up. Well, this time, it’s Reebok and they’re ridin’ with Kid Sister, Kidz in the Hall, and Bobby Ray.

Here’s the word from Reebok:

On May 21st, Bobby Ray (Rebel Rock/Grand Hustle/Atlantic Records) will be the third artist in the series to re-interpret a classic song, which will be announced on May 21st. The new track will be available for download exclusively to customers who purchase styles from the Reebok Classic Remix collection, at Foot Locker stores nationwide.

B.o.B. – “Lonely People” Video

Bobby Ray may be a new jack but he’s already mastered the music biz success formula. Boobies + YouTube = Awesome! FYI: The audio gives out towards the end of the video, but you won’t really need it.

B.O.B. – “Autotune”

B.O.B. – “Autotune” [mp3]

Bobby Ray has gone and dedicated an entire tune to Auto-Tune, not unlike the Roger Riley & Teddy Troutman project. B.O.B.’s song summarizes my whole viewpoint on Auto-Tune. The device itself is not problematic; the usage is. If you’re a decent singer, it enhances your strength. If you’re terrible singer, it exaggerates your flaws.

I’ve added the mp3 in case you’d like to impress your friends or something.

B.o.B. – Generation Lost

B.o.B. – “Generation Lost”
B.o.B. demonstrates with ease that it’s possible to be a true songwriter and a rapper at the same time.
